All partner advertising must comply with applicable law, platform brand-usage guidelines, and fair lending and advertising rules. Custom materials should be submitted for compliance review where required.

Marketing must not contain unsubstantiated claims, and must include required disclosures and entity identification. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their own advertising.
