Terms governing referral relationships with ZipBuy Partners™.
Referral Activities
Referral partners may submit client referrals and loan scenarios through approved channels. Referral partners must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing compensated referrals and licensing.
Compliance
Referral partners remain responsible for their own licensing, supervision, and regulatory compliance. ZipBuy does not relieve any partner of those obligations.
Entity Responsibilities
ZipBuy Partners™ is the partnership, business-development, education, and technology platform. Participating legal entities include ZipBuy® Home Loans (residential mortgage division), ZipBuy CRE™ (investment and commercial real estate financing), ZipBuy Global™ (foreign-national and international financing), ZipBuy Homes Team™ (real estate brokerage and referral network), ZipBuy Processing Solutions™ (loan-processing and fulfillment), Zip Loan Servicing™ (post-closing relationship and client-retention), and Blitz Digital Technologies™ (technology, marketing, automation, and platform development).
Each entity is responsible only for the services it is licensed and authorized to provide in a given jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Approval or Results
Submission of an application, loan scenario, or referral does not guarantee partnership approval, financing approval, rate, term, or any particular outcome. All financing is subject to program guidelines, underwriting, licensing, geographic eligibility, and qualification requirements, which may vary.
Compliance & Responsibility
ZipBuy Partners™ may provide participating organizations with access to technology, operational resources, training, and compliance-support tools. Each partner remains responsible for maintaining all required licenses, approvals, supervision, and regulatory compliance applicable to its business. ZipBuy Partners™ and its affiliated brands do not provide every listed service in every state; each participating legal entity is responsible for the services it provides, subject to licensing and applicable law.
